Industrial Career
Training with North West Thames Regional Health Authority, PSA/Site Control, Cundall, Johnston and Partners, Donald Smith, Seymour and Rooley.
Early career with Cundall, Johnston and Partners, then set up own consultancy business specialising in training and management of computer applications for the design and operation of building engineering services, which lead to managing projects as part of the government’s Energy Efficiency Best Practice programme at the Building Research Establishment, then being Business Support Manager with a UK firm of consulting engineers.
Additionally, over three decades, I have been a volunteer and trustee for UK charities whose objectives are to promote careers in STEM, and I currently chair a small west London housing association.
