Summary
Organisation studies scholar conducting qualitative research in knowledge management and knowledge sharing, civil society and voluntary sector organisations, and inter-organisational partnerships and collaboration. Explores creative research and teaching approaches including art-based methods and working with soundscapes. Current projects include working with CES colleagues on entrepreneurship and play research, engaging with voluntary and community organisations on knowledge exchange (funded project by Brunel's Public Engagement Fund 2024), and developing research in management teaching.
