Summary

Felicity Kaganas’  teaching and research interests are in the fields of family and child law as well as feminist theory. She is co-author (with A Diduck) of Family Law, Gender and the State, Hart Publishing (now in its third edition). She has written extensively on issues related to Family and Child Law as well as the family justice system. She served as Deputy Head (Programmes) of the Brunel Law School (2013-4) and Divisional Lead of the Brunel Law School (2014-5). She is currently Director of Teaching and Learning and a member of the Appeals Panel.
