Research area(s)
My research contributes a cutting edge relational perspective and leads to the advancement of theory in the subject area of diversity, inclusion, and leadership at work. It has moved the scientific debate forward on how individuals - particularly women and minorities - negotiate social structures, and how their actions are shaped through subjective experiences in complex social and organisational contexts.
Research Interests
Gender at work and entrepreneurship
Precarious and uncertain work, diversity and intersectionality
Leadership, care and ethics
Inclusive organizing and digitalization
Desirable futures and feminist collectives
I am interested in supervising PhD students undertaking qualitative research in the above areas.
