Summary
As a practice-oriented academic, I am committed to building entrepreneurial capacity for organizing social change. My extensive theoretical and practical expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact enables me to contribute meaningfully to this goal.
My interests revolve around entrepreneurship, social innovation, and intrapreneurship. I believe that entrepreneurial solutions can create meaningful and lasting social change.
My work is grounded in the logics of mutuality and solidarity/gift, which inspire me to build relationships based on reciprocity and respect.
My research interests include decision processes, business models & innovation, economy & gift, intergeneration and integral view to social change, grand challenges, organizing for social change, discernment praxis, paradigms & decision processes, learning processes & practice, learning design & content development for entrepreneurship education.
As a practitioner, my expertise in entrepreneurship & social impact, social innovation, design thinking, complexity and systems theories, design & systems practices, action and participatory learning-teaching, among others, enables me to help organizations develop and implement entrepreneurial solutions that can address social problems effectively.

I provide mentorship, guidance, and support to budding entrepreneurs and SMEs business owners, helping them to transform their ideas into businesses actions and solutions.
Collaboration is key to our success, and I work closely to develop innovative solutions that drive social and environmental impact.
As a crucial part of my role, I'm responsible for creating clear, concise, and compelling reports that communicate our impact and progress to our stakeholders. I ensure that our stakeholders have a deep understanding of the work we're doing and the impact we're making.
