Dr Lisa Mardikian, Senior Lecturer in Property Law at Brunel Law School, recently had her article published in Human Rights Law Review. The article is titled " and was co-authored with Dr Sofia Galani (Assistant Professor in Public International Law at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences).
The article explores how international human rights law and the law of the sea can contribute to the protection of indigenous peoples' livelihoods from some of the adverse effects of climate change.
